Purpose

To share knowledge of the fundamentals of Scrum and Agile.

There is plenty of evidence that agile and Scrum are improving the state of the software industry. The iterative nature of them enables small incremental improvements and lots of opportunity for feedback.

Scrum is a simple framework within which people can address complex adaptive problems, while productively and creatively delivering products of the highest possible value. Scrum is lightweight, simple to understand, and extremely difficult to master.

This course provides an introduction to the values, principles, and practices of agile and Scrum with time for plenty of questions.
