I formally endorse Daniel Mezick for the members' representative on the Scrum Alliance Board of Directors. I have had the pleasure of getting to know Dan over the last few years while working with him at the Agile Boston User Group. Dan's focus as a coach and leader is to serve, increase transparency, and enable learning. His coaching practice has helped many clients achieve greater agility and improvements in employee satisfaction. Dan has opened the debate on Agile Coaching Ethics focused on serving clients by reducing the dependence on the coach and helping them achieve free standing agility.

Dan is a leader of the Agile Boston User Group which brings great events to Boston, like the annual Give Thanks for Scrum events which brings together Jeff and Ken each year for a day of appreciation and learning, Agile Day Boston 2011 which focused on how Scrum can achieve true Freedom at Work, and monthly meetings bringing thought leaders from around the world to speak in Boston. He is tireless in helping Agile Boston bring excellence to its members.

I believe Dan will bring a strong voice to the SA BoD representing our needs as SA members. He is consistently engaging in world-building and encourages others to do the same. That kind of passion will help lead the SA to better serving the community of Scrum practitioners and expanding the growth of agility through Scrum. Above all, I am honored to call Dan Mezick my friend.

If you are a Scrum Alliance member, place your vote now(one vote per member).
